Logo Design Portfolio
cvillesearch is an online directory and search tool dedicated to the Charlottesville area. A basic logo was needed to compliment the deliberately simplistic design which characterized the website.
An effective logo resulted by creating a logotype in the same font used on the website, with an added circular highlight over the website's focus.
A visual spotlight centers on Search, which is taken further by reversing the type. This also resembles a target, reinforcing the results-based mission of the cvillesearch website.
